I had the pleasure of moderating an excellent panel with experienced cybersecurity professionals from Panama, Uruguay, Argentina and Peru, in the framework of the III STIC conference in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where we discussed the importance of designing cybersecurity strategies for countries, but also the need to have work plans, roadmaps and implementation of measures necessary to generate a safer cyberspace.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to moderate this very special panel where the exchange of information is an important pillar for the regional cybersecurity
This is what happens when leading organizations cooperate.In the last two weeks, the #IDB #INCD, Mahon Magid and theHebrew University of Jerusalem, had the honor of hosting 32 cybersecurity professionals from 22 Latin American and Caribbean countries in a program specially designed for them.The idea of the National Cybersecurity Leadership Executive Course was to share Israel's extensive experience in cybersecurity, the country's capabilities in defense, culture and cyber education.My hope is that these wonderful people will be able to adopt some of the experiences in their countries, and thus build a more secure cyberspace.
